Program Overview
InspireHer Chicago Mentorship Organization exists to inspire and empower inner-city teen girls aged 11-19 to realize their potential, embrace their individuality, and dream beyond their current circumstances. Through mentorship, resources, and opportunities, InspireHer Chicago provides a safe and supportive space where young women can grow, learn, and thrive.
The program occurs for 12 months, with weekly meetings on Wednesdays at 6pm and monthly mentor/mentee interactions. The program goals are as follows:
1. Build self-confidence and leadership skills.
2. Foster academic and career readiness.
3. Promote mental and emotional well-being.
4. Encourage positive relationships and
community involvement.
